Not smut, but there's gonna be lots of romantic scenes and whatever. Fluff galore, but still plot-centric.
SEASON 1 - CAPITALIZE
After the storm, a development firm sets their sights on rebuilding Arcadia Bay in an attempt to profit, threatening to displace it's current residents. Chloe finds a clever way to make some cash. Max documents the gentrification process with her camera.
