Ritika Das, a vibrant and artistic young girl, navigates her teenage years filled with friendships, insecurities, and a silent, unspoken crush on Himanshu Datta, a calm and intelligent boy from her school bus. Their bond grows through fleeting interactions, shared glances, and unspoken words, but insecurities and life's circumstances pull them apart. On their farewell day, an intense moment of mutual longing is left unresolved as they part ways without a goodbye, never expecting to cross paths again. Writer's Note - This story is a deeply personal journey, dedicated to myself. Many of the sad parts reflect real-life experiences, while the happy moments, feelings, and endings are surreal-woven from the threads of dreams I couldn't realize. In real life, I couldn't find a happy ending with someone I cared for so deeply. Perhaps we'll never cross paths again. But through this story, I wanted to give myself the happy ending that life didn't grant me.To anyone reading, I hope you find joy, reflection, and perhaps a touch of healing within these pages. Thank you for sharing in this part of me.
