Most days go by without a problem; no one talks to me and I don't talk to them. People stay out of my way and I stay out of theirs. It's simple, just how I like it; but things don't stay simple forever. Change comes in many shapes and sizes, some expected and other not so expected. This one just happened to come in the form of an outgoing new girl who is determined to get to know the side of me no one else has thought to. She doesn't believe them when they say to stay away from me or she could get hurt; she is determined to prove them wrong, no matter how much I tell her to forget about me. It seems that once someone begins having feelings for you, it's hard to get them to stop.

the title is long, I know, but the story itself is a short little ball of fluff because I love fluff. (there's also mature stuff being talked about but it's mostly just fluff. I don't write smut. at least not anymore-- I'm talking to you, 13-year-old me. put down that pen! You little pervert!) this is a story about communication, mental health, maturity, sex (education, kinda) and a cute couple (IMO). it won't be long and it won't have as many characters as my other stories but it will be the most vulnerable piece of writing I'll ever share with a bunch of strangers online. And it's supposed to be in the YA or NA genre but since it doesn't exist in the available categories, I've tagged it as Teen fiction. now, without further ado, I give you: SACA(M)ALLR! -- You get to meet Viz, a girl with a bunch of undiagnosed disorders and self-esteem issues. College freshman, Nova Parker, is excited to start her first semester of college; brand new experiences, more opportunites, and another step in the direction of what she wants to do in life. But Nova made a promise to herself that she will focus only on her studies and not boys.
