Fifteen year old Lia is a bit of a loner in high school. When the new game, Virtual Paradise is released, she decides to take part in the action and play too. The game is played on a device called the Optispace;  and Lia just so happens to have one. When she finds out the truth about the "game", she teams up with her new friends to escape.
