The Australian streamer anomaly

Hot, Bright, Clear. The sun was burning and the ground was dry. Duffy was already piss drunk on the veranda by noon. He was alone. Alone on his own terms. He was wearing a singlet that was drenched in his own sweat. His shorts were short and his socks were wet. No one knows why he didn't just go inside to sit in the cool air conditioned interior of his house. To this day it remains a mystery.
