Jasmine Monét is Jagress, a costumed scientist fugitive who's neither a superhero or supervillain. A test-monkey for her parents scientist experiment using their chemical formula F1-B3. She wanted to find the real meaning of why she was submerged with the abilities and grace of a wild cat and why she is a hybrid and can hear the thoughts of the female jaguar who is called Celeste. She is recently in The City Of Gotham, kidnapped by Scarecrows men.
