Princess Perri Silo and Gideon Voltaire, a time-travelling African-American wizard, work together with a couple of bounty hunters, Rufus and Fern, to stop the Black Flag, rescue an imprisoned monk and start a rebellion that will not only save the Elemental, but help save the wyrld.
