The librarian hustled around the tiny library and finally emerged with a scrawny old book. He placed it on the rickety, old table, blowing off the dust in the process. The title was barely legible, but you still could make it out. It read, "Unusual happenings on the Talent Day." The queen looked at it in awe. Lucifer proceeded to open it, coughing as dust spiraled into his mouth. For a few moments, everything was still; not even a bird made a peep. The librarian kept skimming over pages, skipping a few. At last he saw the page he had been looking for. "The Lights" he read. "The lights are by far the strangest part if the ceremony. When a new arrival is near one, it starts to glow. Only one glows for the said arrival. They represent the four abilities each fairy godmother has been given. The brighter the glow, the sharper his or her abilities are. They consist of the following: Mind-reading, visions, photographic memory, and a mystery ability. Usually the mystery ability is something grand, such as the use to move objects with your mind or time bending. Seven instances have been recorded in which none have been lit for the said arrival. However, they all had an extremely good culinary palette. So they were assigned to the kitchen. No one knows what will happen if all of the lights glow. Yet, there have been a few predictions. The most convincing one is this: The said arrival will have uncanny abilities in all of the said abilities. And the mystery is going to one no one will ever forget." "So that means," the queen started. "Yes, it means," the old man whispered, "she's psychic."
