In this sci-fi world everything everyone must be perfect. At least that's what the government says. And in this world a war has been going on for centuries. So a certain scientist was order to to make a super soldier. But the result was unexpected. (Also so you can picture him better the main character looks kinda like mew-two at least at the head.)
