Sixteen year old Red has felt love once. Why? Well it's easy to loose something when you don't use it, like a language. Red dropped the love language as soon as her father chose beer and crime over his daughter. So she had to hide everything. From using her nickname as her real name, to keeping herself to her books, to just plain not allowing anyone to come in. Love was made for pain, and she wouldn't have it. But it all changed when she met Jacob.
