There is somethings that are best to leave forgotten and there are things needed to remember. In the begining Melody Windscott was alone she had no one anymore, she had lost everything but her painful memories that she desperately wanted to forget.She wanted nothing more to forget everything she had seen and knew. And she soon gets her wish when she is hit by a speeding car while walking home from the cemetery. When she wakes up in the hospital she is met with a new face, a face that she doesn't know. Her memories are gone her old self is gone, but now that she has forgotten who she was and what she knew, she is forced to remember. She feels empty and blank. Now she must deal with her past, she can't remember, to survive against a ruthless man and his gang. 

Julius Brocks was known for only one thing, fighting, he had fought since he was fifthteen. He had no choice, his dad had left him and his dying mother with nothing. So he began to fight to pay bills, to keep them up float. Then when he sees a accident happen everything changes. He meets her.
