Resting in a guarded fort, cloaked in centuries of black rumours and a bloody reputation, the Book waxes useless. Until the day a fledgling dictator steals it and begins using it to take over the world. The King of Ohadi sends his most trusted soldier, Captain Merric Greldor, to retrieve the book and end the threat once and for all. Merric journeys with an unlikely ally: a murderous thief named Kallista with a forgotten power. Together they must battle across a broken empire, fight fearsome beasts, help rally the oppressed and ultimately face off in a battle of the ages.

All while dealing with the spark of attraction that fuels the fire between them.

"May you find The Everlasting." **** In the Eastern Continent, where monsters once roamed the forests and alchemists defended the people, the Scars were born. Seven individuals with unique powers drove the monsters away and paved the way for civilisation. Centuries later, Caelum was the central power of the Eastern Continent, until the day it fell, and a power vacuum opened. An era of uncertainty arrived, and the remaining Kingdoms were left to pick up the pieces. Zephyr, the Scar of Breath, is on a path of vengeance. She enters the fighting pits of Ithlon to gain access to the King of Blissdor, his kingdom, and the treasures it holds. However, the Prince of Blissdor becomes an obstacle she never saw coming. As their friendship blossoms, she must hide her true motives, motives that could change the fate of the Continent. Kallista is the Scar of Mist, yet born in the Zakhian Kingdom, she was captured the day she revealed her powers, the day her lover was stolen from her. Now imprisoned, waiting for her execution, she knows she must escape. Not just for her own life, but the life of her unborn child. Rhiannon, the Scar of Earth, and princess of Navumia, has spent eighteen summers unable to bring forth her powers and she is haunted by the magik she does not possess. Now, as she comes of age, suitors line up at her door, and she must choose a husband. When one of her suitors turns up dead, she makes it her mission to find the killer and prove herself a worthy princess. Whilst these Scars fight for what they believe in, the Kingdom of Caelum is rising once again. Strange monsters roam its forests, and a darkness consumes the Caelum throne. And it wants more.

EVERMORE: Eadric's Chronicles

14 parts Complete

This is the 1st half of the EVERMORE Prequels. Check out the 2nd half EVERMORE: Talindra's Chronicles, on my profile now! In the ancient realm of Evermore, a land steeped in magic and marred by conflict, an age-old war rages between two mighty races-the humans and the elves. Bound by a tumultuous history of bloodshed and mistrust, their bitter enmity threatens to consume the very fabric of the world they call home. Amidst this turbulent backdrop, we embark on a gripping tale that follows the extraordinary journey of Eadric Lightbringer, a formidable battlemage hailing from the town of Ravenhold. Eadric, a man burdened by the weight of destiny, finds himself thrust into a realm of unfathomable darkness, where courage will be tested, alliances will crumble, and secrets long forgotten will surface with devastating consequences. As the fragile balance of power teeters on the edge, Eadric's path converges with the ancient prophecies whispered in shadowed corridors. A reluctant hero, he must navigate treacherous landscapes and face both the savagery of the elven forces and the inner demons that haunt his own soul. With his mastery of the arcane arts and a flickering glimmer of hope, Eadric strives to bridge the chasm of hatred that divides his people, searching for a means to forge a lasting peace in a land consumed by war.
