Calamity had just moved to the 20th ward of tokyo with her mother. There she meets Uta, the owner of the HySy artmask studio in the 4th ward due to her mother dragging her there to have a mask made for her mothers corperate halloween party. While her mom passes out on the couch during measurements for the mask, Calamity notices the sketch book she had lost a few days before sitting on the males desk.
After a few chats and encounters along with the checkups on her moms mask, Calamity and Uta become great and close friends. After awhile Uta offers her an assistant job at his studio. Soon Calamity notices the strange feelings whelming inside of her everytime she looks towards her mentor and boss. And while shes very awkward and shy, she can easily open up to uta, until a certian few days of events causes the pair to have many awkward and embaressing moments.
Uta cant help but look at the human girl he made his assistant with amazement, this girl was a wonder to him and he was surprised at the caringness she held as she finds herself in a bind after a fight he gets himself into. This girl goes out and Kills a guy so that he himself can eat and heal. SHE KILLS A DUDE TO HELP HIM?! Uta couldnt believe it.

Y/N didn't live the best of lives. At the young age of eight he came home to discover his parents murdered. It was later discovered that ghouls were responsible. Not having a whole lot of family he moved in with his aunt who'd neglect and abuse him. His whole childhood he grew up alone until high school came along and he met a friend by the name of John. By the time he retired he decided on moving to Tokyo where he quickly picked up Japanese. With the money he got from the military he bought a small bookstore that had an apartment just above it. The area of Tokyo be lived in had very few if any ghoul attacks. His view on them changed over time as he'd be rescued by one on his way back from a store. Eventually he'd begin to not only sympathize them but understand them. One day Y/N decided to head to a local coffee shop where he laid eyes on what he thought was the most beautiful woman ever.
