Unpredictable Destiny

"Stop doing that." He whispered stepping so close to my face that our lips were almost touching. His fingers grazed my flushed cheeks, which caused a shiver to race down my spine.

"Doing what?"

"Saying things that make me want to kiss you."

Emma's life had never been pleasant, to say the least. The last 6 years were spent at the hands of her abusive father. A drunken mishap results in Emma's father kicking her out with threats of murder if she were to return. Left alone in the dark with bruises and no one to rely on, what happens when Emma is saved by a dark and mysterious stranger? What happens when forbidden feelings arise?
