Thorns

I'd never understood my parents. Is something most teenagers would say. I suppose I fall in the category of most teenagers, I wasn't particularly special, creatively gifted or an academic prodigy. I didn't run faster than wind or was a queen of popularity. I didn't play video games all night or could hack into MI6. Just average.

But if I was so average why didn't I fit in. Another question most teenagers say. Well not that I knew at the time why, it was just I had a different answer to most teenagers. An answer I was soon to discover. An answer that changed my life.
