Vikram - A powerful CBI Officer, celebrated his 35th birthday recently with his department friends. He doesn't have any special or close friends, well he won't like to make also. He loves his job and hates the marriage because of the commitment it needs. But fate has some other plans for him, just for their parent's compulsion, he agreed to meet a girl and his only intention is to ask her to refuse him.

Vedha - A matured woman who is at her 30 now, and is getting all kind of bullying from her relatives and neighbourhood for not getting married still. She is a working woman who acheived a lot in her career wise, but lost many things in her personal life. And that loss makes her a bold, strong and confident lady in front of the people who insulted her. Still, those boldness, confidence and strong character never helps her in convincing her family for not getting her married with the right man. Her horoscopes has lot of problems and thus makes her marriage late, not only horoscope but even in her life she has many problems, but she overcomes everything every time and proves herself to their relatives that she is not an ordinary woman. She loves to get love in her life but she lately understands that love is not written for her. Now she is getting ready to meet the person whom her father chosen for her. She doesn't have a problem in getting married but marriage has the problem in reaching her at the right time and still maintains the distance from her.
