"Who are you?" I asked seated in my defensive position.
"Nathaniel Livingston at your service m'lady." He sketched a bow almost mockingly.
"Well I suppose I should thank you for saving me from the wolves, though I haven't the faintest idea how you could have done so." He raised a brow and I continued. "If you would be so kind as to tell me where I can fetch my cloak I will be out of your way in but a moment." I stood from the bed raising to my full height which stood considerably shorter than his.
"I'm afraid m'lady that I can't do that."
"Why ever not?" I insisted some of the shock entering my eyes. "If it is repayment you seek, I can have my family send some money to you once I am home."
"I'm not looking for repayment."
"Then what could you possibly want?"
"What we always want my dear, the girl of our choosing." My blood ran cold when I heard him speak those words.
"The wolves work for you?" I asked confused not seeing any wolves around.
"No, we are the wolves." His feral smirk chilled me as I tried to reconcile that thought in my mind. I was standing before the very beast that I might have had two days prior shot in the shoulder with an arrow.

Okay so this is my first book on this account 2 years ago is when I started writting it on here. UNDER MAJOR EDITING!!!! Rebecca/Alice is a werewolf she's someone she never thought of herself as. She finds out what type of wolf she is and finds her mate only to find out he's in the pack that kidnapped her and to have him reject her(not by her choice.) In a rapid movement, he grabbed my leg and pulled me back to him ensuring I couldn't crawl any further away. Grunting and winching from pain, I threw my head back onto the ground resulting in a loud thud, pressing on my wounded excruciating painful side to stop more blood from seeping out. "St-st-stop" I coughed barely getting my breath stabilized. His gaze darkened once more whilst travelling up my wounded side with his bare cold hands, "Oh, but we wouldn't want your blood to go to perfect waste" his face darkening and eyes gleaming with hunger, portraying his sharp-edged fanged teeth, "now do we?" Before he could even lash his teeth onto me an enormous and strong muscular body grabbed him by the back of his neck, grunting with anger he decapitated his head and threw his lifeless body to the side of the forest ground. Barely keeping my eyes open, briefly, I saw the muscular man running to me, swiftly placing his strong hands firmly on my bleeding side. Before I could encounter his appearance, I saw complete darkness...Complete
