My body trembled, but not from the cold. "You frighten me."

His brow twitched, eyes darting around the features of my face. "Frighten, or excite?" His gaze dropped to my mouth. "Which is it, Miss Young?"

❆

Once upon a time in a dying village, there lived a girl who dreamed of a life free of fear and death. She yearned for a world not ruled by the darkness and the demons awaiting her inside it...

For nearly eighteen years, Adaira Young has been able to hide from the monsters that plague her small village. Every year in Kinnot, a name must be drawn to be offered to the beasts from the mountains. Once they are sacrificed and disappear through the gates, they are never seen again. "A fantastical cross between the Beauty and the Beast and ACOTAR." A prince, a witch, and a wolf are tied together by the sins of their parents. Can they break free of the secrets that bind them, or will the Kingdom of Eidas forever be under a terrible curse? Dalia Leary, the eighteen-year-old daughter of an outcast Seer and a downtrodden merchant, lives in a city steeped in lore and magic, where the gods rule the seasons and the noble half-bloods rule the people. The kingdom of Eidas is down on its luck, facing mass starvation and economic failure from prolonged droughts. Dal's mother seems certain that there is a strange, simple solution to both their problems and those of Eidas'. Dal just has to marry the Prince of Eidas, Prince Tullvomm. Easy, right? Of course not. The Prince is nearly ten years her senior, and engaged to be married to the beautiful Princess of the East. She is nothing more besides a common girl from Bridgewater Avenue. Besides the obvious issues of his princess fiancée and her very un-noble birth, there's one other small little problem - Prince Tullvomm is never seen without his pitch-black wolf at his side - his beastly protector. The more Dal tries to get close to the Prince, the more the ghastly wolf seems to always get in the way. Dal realizes that to get access to the Prince she must either befriend the beast or slay him, and though part dog he may be, the beast doesn't seem the type to lie down and roll over. In fact, the more time Dal spends around the creature the less sure she is that he is a dog at all.
Rell and The Rose by hjnelson

A Beast stalks the night... but Beauty hunts him. A reimagining of the story you thought you knew. Rell grew up hearing stories of the Human Realm, a fantastic world with light at the flick of a finger, metal boxes that fly through the sky; a fantastic, faraway fairytale that she knows is too good to be true. Because Rell lives in the Dark Realm: a world full of magical creatures and a low-hanging sky, all protected by The Blood Rose. Until the day the Blood Rose is stolen away and taken to the Human Realm. Without it, the two realms will meet with disastrous consequences, the human sun bleaching all the magic from the Dark Realm. And so Rell leaves everything she knows to bring it back. There's only one problem: the Human Realm- especially high school- is nothing like the stories. There's some sort of code with words like "twerking" and "Instagram" she can't understand, and then there's Bastien, the boy who hates Rell for reasons she can't explain. But when Rell realizes Bastien is keeping just as many secrets as she is, the two become an unlikely team in the search for the Blood Rose. Time is ticking, and more than just The Dark Realm is at stake. Whoever stole the rose is now cursed to turn into a Beast every full moon, and is hidden among them. Students are going missing, and dark creatures are slipping into the Human Realm. Rell needs to find the Blood Rose, slay the Beast, survive high school, and sort out these new, confusing feelings for Bastien--all before the night of the full moon. To fail could mean the end of The Dark Realm and every magical creature within, but to succeed means she'll lose the boy she's falling for, and a Realm more beautiful than she ever imagined. A modern-day reimaging of Beauty and the Beast.
I Want A Lazy Life In The Beast World (Beauty And The Beasts Fanfic) by wynslyxie
130 parts Complete Mature
Julie had always been enamored with Beauty and the Beast settings, despite the endless overwork as an office worker. But one fateful day, fate took a peculiar turn when her plane she rode accidentally crashed and transported herself into the mysterious Beast World. "Holy Shitnitz! Is this the Beast World from the popular novel or comic I've read?" == "Look... the other female was so tall but stunning while the other one is short but cute." "The small one seems weak; I'll go after the other strong one. She will bear more cubs than the weak one." Julie let out a sigh, her heart was clutched with both frustration and disappointed while looking to the other male beastmen with a pitying gaze. It seemed her height and skinneness was being judged. "Hah, what an idiot. As I recalled, that beautiful one was more naive and a little foolish despite her looks. There's no way I'll find trouble like her." "What's her name again, was it Bai Qingqing?" The leopard threw her a cold glance, and shouted. "You female! Don't go near us again, I don't want you to hurt Bai Qingqing!" It's like every time he saw her with Bai Qingqing, she always weeping in tears. 'Dude, she cried because you left me in the forest. It's not my fault she's crying over me like she lost her bestie. What a retarded jerk! She clicked her tongue, and rolled her eyes. "Oh well, there's nothing I could do to the foolish ones." "Fate is fate." Despite her amusement at the situation, she winced as she recalled the chaos and troubles that seemed to follow the 'beautiful and naive' female in the story. Being transported into Beast World, Julie was determined to carve her own path and avoid getting entangled in the dramatic affairs of the beastmen. But little did she know that fate had other plans for her, and her journey in the Beast World was just beginning. == Vote to update each chapter with 5 pages depends of votes quality It will be uploaded fast.
