Do you ever see that one kid getting picked on, just for being them? Just for being different than the rest. Well that's Marcel, the outcast, the loser, but mostly the nerd. Everyone calls him names just for being different. He doesn't understand what he did.  ____Do you ever see that girl who stands up for what she believes in? She is always judged but doesn't care. She fights for what she believes in. Well that's Kendall, blonde hair that blows perfectly in the wind. Her pet peeve might be out of all bullying and when she sees it she can't take it. Even if he's different from the rest.  _ Maybe that's how they meet? They're both in high school, obviously. They don't really look alike, I mean they do, but they aren't like, identical, different genders, you know.. Anyways, Charlotte switched schools because her family had to move, so now she is known as the new girl, same goes for Charlie, the new guy. Charlotte meets this really nice guy, Nate. Nate has this best friend who is the biggest jerk in school, school's player, bad boy, Aiden Throns. Nate tells Aiden that he really likes Charlotte. Aiden and Nate are like brothers, I mean, Nate was adopted by Aiden's parents, so Aiden cares about him, like he is his biological brother. Aiden thinks that Charlotte is using Nate for his brain, because Nate is a super smart guy, knowing Charlotte, she had a brain tumor, so she isn't the brightest/smartest. Aiden will do anything for Nate, so he decides that he is going to make Charlotte fall in love with him. Does he accomplish that? Will she fall in love with him, the bad boy? I don't endulge in romance like this it's just fun to write. This is also a slow burn. If you're impatient and want character development fast this book isn't for you. I want to keep this story as realistic as possible and people changing their ways overnight isn't. I also just love books where not everything is sped through and you really get to know the characters and their habits.
