Finding the Melody

My legs wobbled as they backed me away from Owen, and my breath hitched as he neared me. "I-I have a boyfriend." I stuttered. When he stopped in front of me and I tried to back up, I realized what he had done; he cornered me.

His hands settled on the wall; one on each side of my head, and his face neared mine. My heart raced as his breath settled on my lips and he whispered; "Then tell me to stop."

Army brat Iris Lewes moved to a small town in Oregon when her father got stationed there. She was less then willing to leave her home in sunny, 80 degree Arizona to move to rainy, cold Oregon. She had to leave everything behind for her dad; her friends, family, school, and her boyfriend, Wyatt.

So, what happens when she meet Owen? The music lover at school? Music brings them together, but can something bigger than the both of them manage to tear them apart?
