last summer when I (charlotte smith) went to summer camp with my best friend Brendan for three weeks we had the most fun time we have had together in a long time but as camp was ending Brendan took me out to one of the lake docks telling me he had to tell me something and once we got there all he did was stare at me for a few moments before leaning down and close enough to me so that he could kiss me and before I could move out of the way his lips were on mine. they were soft and as tasted like sweet honey. they made me want to melt inside, but right before I was about to give in a thought popped into my head. my boyfriend. OH NO, MY BOYFRIEND!! WHAT WAS RYAN GOING TO SAY!! I pulled away from Brendan and ran straight back to my cabin leaving him in shock. once I got back to my cabin all I want could think about was that kiss and how I never felt like that before, not even when I kissed Ryan. so I called my mom to pick me up from camp and take me home and I haven't talked to Brendan since. and I will not tell anyone about that kiss except for maybe Diana and Jessica, BUT ESPICALLY NOT RYAN.

The blood had already leaked down my forehead, but I kept my eyes on Shane and tried to blink quickly to clear my vision. "Hang on, please. Please hang on."
