"Dancing with the feet is one thing, but dancing with the heart is another."

All Bryar Kerrington ever wanted to do is dance. More specifically, dance at the best dance school in the entire world: St. Vitus Academy. When she arrives she immediately loves the place. It has a unique and historic feel to it that leaves Bryar interested.
St. Vitus isn't only known for its dancing, but also for its legend. Three hundred years ago two boys fell madly in love with the same girl.

The legend didn't have a happy ending.

As Bryar attends to the school she starts to notice strange things happening that she can't explain. She meets three boys who seem very interested in her. But just when she thinks she knows them, she finds out that nearly everything at St. Vitus isn't all what it seems. Will she find out what's happening before its too late?

Book One of the Love You Series - Standalone. Sometimes the heart wants what logic swears is off-limits. Kyle Carter. By definition? My brother's best friend. To everyone else? Confident. Charismatic. The human version of sunshine. He walks into a room and people gravitate toward him-like he knows exactly who he is and where he's going. But behind the easy smiles and effortless charm is someone quieter, softer... someone who wants to be seen. Really seen. By one person alone. When you're part of the same friend group, running into each other is inevitable. Daily, even. Bickering became our version of talking, teasing became our shared language. But it's dangerous-the kind of dangerous where you start noticing just how beautiful someone is, and wondering how it's even fair to exist next to them. And feelings? They show up like a tidal wave I can't stop, no matter how many times I tell myself not to fall. Because Kyle Carter is off-limits. And I should know better. Ivy Kingston. Definition? My best friend's sister. The one girl who knows exactly how to push my buttons-and enjoys doing it. She's bold, reckless, and says things that get under my skin and stay there. She's trouble in the form of witty comebacks and the most intoxicating smile I've ever seen. She's not the little girl I used to tease anymore. She's... something else entirely. And it scares the hell out of me how much I want her. Feelings weren't supposed to be part of the equation-but here they are, crashing through every line I've drawn. And no matter how much I try to stay away, she pulls me in like gravity. They say if it's meant to be, it'll find a way. But there's always a but, isn't there? The truth is, I don't know if I'll ever get my happy ending. Hell, she is my happy ending. And I need her. More than anything.

Luken Hunt is a virgin. A 23 year-old, NHL-playing, star-forward virgin. He's spent years dodging the post-game parties, the groupies, the endless opportunities that come with being a pro athlete. He's too focused on hockey, too awkward, too... completely out of his depth when it comes to women. Then Brooklyn Launder walks into his life. Sharp, stunning, and absolutely off-limits, she's the sports reporter who's seen it all-cocky athletes, bad pickup lines, and men who think they can charm their way into her life. But Luken? He's different. And when a flustered interview of his goes viral, turning the league's most unapproachable player into everyone's favorite bashful hockey heartthrob, Brooklyn finds herself just as intrigued as the rest of the internet. So when he confesses he's never even been kissed properly, Brooklyn makes a proposition-a few lessons. Just to help him out. A kiss here, a little guidance there. Nothing serious. Until the first lesson turns into two. Then three. And suddenly, Luken is learning fast-not just how to kiss, but how to touch, tease, and drive Brooklyn absolutely insane. But with the media watching, a locker room full of relentless teammates, and a career that demands all of him, Luken has to decide if he's ready to risk it all-for the one thing he's never had. A slow-burn, forbidden, scorching-hot hockey romance where the shy, virgin hockey star gets the ultimate education-and the woman he never saw coming. 𓅷 [SMUT Warning] [18+ Mature Audiences] Don't copy my work I will find you 🔪 4/14/25 1 in #sports 1 in friendswithbenefits 1 in hockey 1 in badgirlgoodboy 1 in nhlhockey 1 in nhlfanficton
A Dance Of Love (LCB Story 9: Light Montero Story) by septemberlady921
63 parts Complete
"Two hearts. One rhythm. A love that dances beyond borders. They didn't plan the dance, but the music found them anyway. They weren't dancing. They were falling with style. It wasn't always graceful. But it was always real. When the world fades, all that's left is the dance. They didn't fall in love- they stepped into it, one heartbeat at a time." In the delicate dance of fate, Light Montero and Pearl Villagonzalo find themselves stepping into a love they never planned, a love that unfolds one heartbeat at a time. Light is a man of order, where logic governs his every move, and love is but a careful calculation. Pearl, on the other hand, is a whirlwind of instinct and spontaneity, her laughter echoing through the quiet corners of life, her spirit untamed, her presence magnetic. Their worlds should have never collided, yet destiny spins a different tale. What starts as playful banter and fleeting encounters transforms into an intricate waltz-one that challenges their very essence, where each step forward is met with the possibility of missteps, and every pause hums with unspoken truths. In the tangled rhythm of love, where expectations shatter and past wounds remain, Light and Pearl discover that love is not about perfect steps. It's about trusting the rhythm, surrendering to the dance, even when the music shifts and the world seems to sway. Dance of Love is a tender reminder that love doesn't need perfection; it simply requires two souls willing to move together, imperfectly, beautifully. **************************************************************************************************edited 04232025
