Rio Habashi is a Japanese exchange student at the International Academy of Magic Users in Minnesota. The school is one of the most advanced in the training of children with three Aparides or more, the equivalent of GPA in their world. Rio is okay with speaking English, but she is having difficulties with the cultural differences like referring to someone by their first name, not their last name, which can cause some confusion. This world is obviously different, in that science isn't a thing. The study of Magic replaces science, as their world is completely dependent on it. Electricity isn't a thing, but Lightning Stones are.

The story was what brought me to the military isekai genre before discovering NHS. I want to pay my respects to the original and write a properly fleshed-out version. It will follow the same characters, but they will have their personal lives and conflicts, and have actual human responses to the yandere question. I own nothing except my own ideas.

In the modern day world there is a secret world of magic. This land was full of different types of magic. The people could control magic were known as the Mystics. Within the mystics there were six guilds. Each one controlled a different aspect of the world of magic. There was water, fire, earth, air, life and death. Every fifty years one person was born into each guild that would become the grand master of their guild. No one else born into the guild would ever be as powerful as the grand mystic. While every hundred years a child who was known as the ultimate mystic was born. This child is able to control the elements in every guild. It is the year 2017 and the Grand Mystics are split between two groups with members in each guild in them. The two groups are the Red Rose and the White Rose. The Water, Fire, Life and Death Grand Mystic are in the White Rose. The Air and Earth Mystic are in the Red Rose. The Ultimate Mystic has yet to be fully discovered but both Rose's have the same suspect. Her name is Elizabeth Watson.
