∥December's life had always been, unique. She'd been homeschooled her whole entire life. She made no friends, her mother convinced her that books and skates were the only friends she needed. But when December turns 17, her mother sends her away from their small London home to live with her father in Orange County. Her innocence grows apparent from the moment she stepped off the plane, she didn't understand why she was there, but a few weeks later it becomes clear. One cool November morning she skates into the self-destructive path of Alan Ashby, a raging tornado of inner struggles. Despite being polar opposites, they find each other painfully intriguing, perhaps too intriguing. They create a list of things December's mother would never let her do, and made it their goal to do every single one of them. Funny how a list of 20 things can change someone so drastically∥

Jade was brought into the life of being a fighter. As Jade goes through a challenging life after 15 years of training under her dad, friends and herself, Jade finds herself betrayed, confused, injured, scared, and most of all, in constant danger. Jade meets new friends and can't seem to shake off her old ones. But whoever it is that Jade befriends, they always seem to want the same thing. Jade being safe. Jade has tried over and over again to forget those that she loved and called friend and family so that she could get move on. But with only one flaw in that plan that Jade can't fix. The people she's trying to forget don't want to be forgotten and left behind. They always pop back up when Jade least expects them to. Jade has never had a life where she controls everything she does. Someone else has always told her what to do and how to do it, but Jade just won't take it anymore. She's done. You asked, I delivered. This is the official sequel to my very first story on this website, "Break the Cycle". This story begins exactly where "Break the Cycle" left off; Christmas Day. It's a day of celebration for the Cerulli family, and the new year marks a new beginning for them all. That is, of course, until things get complicated. What happens when Max's mom ends up face down on the floor with a bottle in her hand? What happens when Max gets in a CAR with a bottle in HER hand? Or when Chris gets a call that Riley's kidnapping case is being reopened on the same night Jack's family gets a call that Phoebe's murder case has been reopened? Or when Carlie and Riley start to get close again? Or when Jack, Riley, Max, and Emily all end up sitting in the lobby of an abortion clinic in Connecticut? Or when the fact that Riley is a lesbian suddenly becomes an issue for some of her family members? Or when someone almost jumps off a building? Life is complicated; of this, we are all aware. However, it seems like life so far for the Cerulli family is only just getting started because what lays ahead, none of them saw coming. Will they survive the drama? Or will they cave under the pressure of trying to keep their family together as outside threats try to force it apart? You'll have to read to find out ;)
