Mimi Dawson is your average 17-year old high school senior, who knows that being seen as the school slut has its disadvantages especially when the rumours about you aren’t true. But Mimi goes along with it to protect the one person she loves with all her heart — Her ex-boyfriend Clay who hates her for what she did and how she broke his heart. Things get a little tricky when they are cast as leads in their schools play ‘Rent’ and are forced to spend more time together then wither wanted— for different reasons though— especially when Mim’s past comes back and she’s forced to face the reason why she had to end things with Clay before her world comes crashing down around her.
