DURARARA: Time, Reset, Love...

A loop has broken out ...everyone is affected in Ikebukoro besides our heroes, villains, and all the other main protagonists and antagonists. The Saika flower blooms, monster mayhem increases, gang banger from all around are worse than usual, and the Dollars are once more banded together as the unknown society that had almost lost itself to maintain order. But the chaotic loop in time, and darkness enshrouding has been introduced as a spore that no one knows is even taking place
Of course there's always a reason that is illogically logical, and what of that reason other than someone who has been left to be forgotten in time.
