Hi. My name is Faith call me Fae I'll be your writer for this story. I would like to tell you a little about this story.

You all have heard of the classic tale of Cinderella and her glass slipper, yes? Well meet Cinder. Just like in the classic tale his parents do die. But this story isn't about him just going to the ball after his fairy god mother gives him a suit, some dancing shoes then falls in love with his prince. If you haven't figured out by the tags or the last sentence this is a gay version of Cinderella's story. And his fairy god mother isn't a girl either. Who is he? I guess you'll just have to read on to find out who he is and does Cinder really fall in love with prince charming?

She begins to weep and out comes a talking frog who asks her to be his companion in return he will retrieve the golden ball. The two made a promise but of course, she breaks it. Who would want an ugly talking frog as a companion? Well, there is one person. The Prince's servant, Faithful Henry. Long before the Prince was turned into a frog, Henry was happy to be his servant. He would wake up early to make him breakfast, and stay up late at night to help with his princely duties. What will happen to Henry when he finds out the prince is missing?

You all know the story of Cinderella. The story of how she was a servant with an evil step-mother and step-sisters. Remember how she went to a ball and fell in love with the prince. After the ball Cinderella tried on a glass slipper and married the prince. Well, this isn't your typical Cinderella story. This is a tale of how a lowly blacksmith's apprentice fell in love with a Princess; a Princess who wasn't a typical Princess. A young woman rescued from servitude after capturing the heart of a young prince with the help of her Fairy God Mother who had transformed her into a potential princess. What if the story was a little different? What if Cinderella was a young man who was struggling to keep himself and his family alive? What if the prince was a lonely and naive young man waiting to celebrate his birthday? What if the Fairy God Mother was a cold-hearted man with money and a plot to remove the prince from the royal line? What if this "Fairy God Mother" gives our "Cinderella" a week to take the life of the prince in exchange for a comfortable life for his family? This is a retelling of the traditional Cinderella story where our "Cinderella" is given until midnight of the prince's birthday to snuff out his light forever.

Alexander Halifax, an orphan from the age of 6, after the tragic car crash that instantly killed both his parents, now living alone in a small, crappy apartment with his fat cat, Chubs. In the past he got his young heart ripped to pieces after one -and what he wished was his last- relationship. So, he shut out anything related to that sickening feeling, until he laid his eyes upon the man, deemed the prince of his high school and a walking sun, Aether Andilet. Torn between love and hate, with the work of betrayal, alcohol, and Aether's pretty face, He finds himself spiraling down a whirlpool of love, confusion, and the past. warnings - sexual references, strong language. this is getting re - written! plot still structured around the title, but with more planned plot.
