Edith Fellowe is fully aware of this fact. He had laughed, laughed as everything she thought of played clearly on that horrible little device. In that horrible flat mechanic voice. He had laughed. Oh, the pain she had felt. But she couldn't stop the flurried thoughts that were circling her brain. In a panic, she had thought of every single thing she hadn't wanted anyone to know. And he had continued laughing. She had screamed terrible things at him. And that small smile had never left his face, as he pocketed the device and left, leaving her alone with her thoughts once again.
Years later, when fate gets their paths to cross again, there is only one thing going through Edith's mind.

Outside the walls
War had just broke out between the states of America. Two states remained. Yet only one wins. One state had won by peace and one state had won by destruction. I had to struggle a little to fix myself enough to roll us. Once I got myself in just the right angle while blocking Gally's random throws I pushed him off me. His hands held tightly on my shirt pulling me with him. We hit a slight slope perfectly causing us to roll a few times. I made sure that when we stopped I was on top.
