Koemi was a kind and thoughtful girl but when her mom, dad and little sister were killed by her own clan changed her into a cold and distance person.
When she met Obito she was finally turning back into her old self again, when she's around him she can always let her guard down. In time she started to have feelings for him but she knows those feelings isn't going to be return because he already likes a girl, a girl name Rin.
She tries to help him confess his feelings for her, she knows it's not what she wants but if he's happy she's happy.
When the news of Obito's death got to her it tore her apart she never had the chance to tell him she loved him, the thought of her not being with her best friend ever again shook her to the Core to the point she almost killed herself but was stopped by Kakashi.

(discontinued) In the Shinobi World, a scarce amount of humans believe in the existence of yōkai. Hatake Kakashi is not one of them. However, he isn't exactly the type to bluntly state that they don't exist. After all, a world wherein peace is not a word that can easily be understood is a world with a whole lot more mysteries and therefore, also cannot be understood. During a mission in the Land of Iron, Kakashi, Obito, Rin and Minato find themselves crossing paths with a girl no more than two years younger than the three children. Unexpectedly, the bizarre and cruel weather hasn't killed her yet. It is no surprise that this young girl named Setsuko arrives in The Village Hidden in the Leaves with Team Minato and surprises even the Third Hokage with her long black hair, dark blue eyes, a ghostly white-- almost transparent complexion and a kimono of the same color as snow. Of course, no one really believes that Setsuko could actually be what she could be suspected of being: A Yuki-musume. But in a world where mysteries are meant to be kept, how can anyone say that the ethereal races of the yōkai are non-existent? As Rin, Obito and Kakashi teach her about everything there is to know about living in the village, the silver-haired young boy finds himself intrigued by basically everything relating to Setsuko. Although, with all of the fear Setsuko has always bottled up inside of her, it would sound much easier to befriend her than to actually be able to do it.Lengkap

He closed himself off more and more and would soon make a mistake if no one stopped him at the Chunin exam. After years, not even her best friends knew that she had her Mangekyou Sharingan for the longest time. Only when they became a team again did they learn what had really happened that day. She never lost her smile and her joy. However, her manner crumbled now and then, which Akina quickly regained. Always sworn never to use her Mangekyou Sharingan, the Fourth World War made her use it.
