Serena es una chica de 17 años de edad, vive en México, Chihuahua serca de la frontera, ella es hija única sus dos padres, terminaron todos sus estudios y le dieron una buena vida a Serena , el problema que tienen muy en común es que ella no se queda siempre en un solo lugar ya que sus padres por cuestiones de trabajo se tienen que mudar a lugares diferentes lo cual es un fastidio para Serena pero ella, se a acostumbrado y ella es de ojos cafeses claros, su piel es muy pálida, y su cabello color negro con rayones de color azul turquesa. Ella ama a los gatos, y le encanta la cocina como la musica, y le encanta bailar tanto como, jugar videojuegos, ella es una chica de preparatoria de 5 semestre alcanzando su meta de graduarse y entrar a la universidad. Ella tiene su mejor amiga Ketzia estudia con ella mismo salon y siempre estan juntas, ya que los padres de Ketzia le dejaron irse con serena para que podiera seguir estudiando, y su muy buen amigo de ahora Warren aun que serena sabe que pronto su amistad desaparecera. Ella, es muy sensible a cualquier cosa, vive muchos desamores por que no sabe como solucionar las situaciones por eso su amiga ketzia siempre la ayuda a resolverles.
