I glanced over at Torian in the hall, he had his backpack slung over his shoulder and was at ease while he talked to his friends, Torian Grae. He was the top dog of the school in a way. As I walked by, Torian and his friends all stared at me. His bright blue eyes and his smirk were glued to me as I walked out of the school.

What does that even mean?

Parker's life was supposed to be simple-wake up, work, survive another day. That all changes the night he's attacked by a wolf... and saved by another. Only this one doesn't stay a wolf for long. When the creature shifts into a man with piercing blue eyes and an attitude to match, Parker's thrown into a world he didn't know existed-one of packs, power, and prophecy. Kohl, the future Alpha of his pack, was only meant to retrieve the human and bring him in. But the more time he spends around Parker, the more impossible that mission becomes. Because the "ordinary human" he rescued? He's not ordinary at all. As Parker begins to manifest dangerous new abilities, enemies close in. Rogue wolves are rising. Secrets are surfacing. And somewhere between the chaos, fate has already decided- the Alpha and the human are bound. Now, Parker isn't just running for his life. He's running from destiny.
