Alice is the world's biggest baseball fan, and she knows just about everything there is to know about her favorite sport. So when she's told she can't play baseball following an operation on her heart, Alice decides the next best thing he can do is become a coach.

Hillpeak, where Alice and her father, Walter, have just moved, is a town known for its championship baseball team. But Alice finds the town caught up in a scandal and ready to give up on baseball. It's up to Alice and her can-do attitude to get the town---and the team---back in the game.
