The Kim's have been in the drug industry for generations. They are one of the most famous and well off drug dealers in all of South-Korea. Also one of the most dangerous. Twenty-two year old Kim Namjoon owns one of the most popular tattoo parlors in Seoul, but works at a smaller branch in Busan.
A sickly child by the name of Park Jimin is a senior in high school residing in Busan. He lives with his grandparents, older cousin, and two younger sisters and brother. Jimin spends most of his time at home, helping around the house since it's relatively difficult for him to go out often without falling ill afterwards.
These two completely opposite individuals clash, each having their own impact on the other.
