This story is about, April, a small-town farm girl. It's about her life as a teenager with the typical teenage things: school, heartbreak, sport and a dysfunctional but loving family.

This story is partly also about Luke, April's one true love and her forever. 
This is about how they grow together but also how they live until someone falls ill and it changes the game for both of them.

Wil April and Luke go on from this challenge? Or will April think she is too young to make these types of decisions, or is Luke going to make them for her? 

All these questions will be answered in the book.
