You wish! A McCree reader insert
[DISCONTINUED] "Damnit (L/N)! I told you to stay home, you tryin' to get killed?!", his flash bang went off near my right side as I turn and let my pistol shoot through the temple of a mercenary. "Told? HA!" I laugh shooting off an incendiary round over McCree's shoulder, "You left me tied and gagged in a cheap motel" "Well obviously, I shoulda used handcuffs," he states offhandedly before shooting the man next to me. ___________________________________ I once said to myself "Write the McCree x reader fan fix you'd want to read in this world" so I am. You'll have to excuse literally everything about this cause I only have a vague idea for the plot, but I recently learned my one other story is number one in its tag so I'm not a complete failure at writing. Huzzah. Enjoy. (Also this is female reader oriented sorry dudes who like mccree)Complete
AISLIN | I
❝You are just a WOMAN. You can't fight in this war, you're weak. It will chew you up and spit you out, you can't keep up with us.❞ The commander scoffed with a low chuckle. A couple of men behind him chuckled as well. Evander's gaze burned into the side of my head, awaiting my reply like everyone else. ❝If I can't fight, then why did the Queen herself ask me to take over your job for the time being?❞ I asked, pulling my dagger out from its sheath, taping on Commander Leland's breastplate with the tip, ❝Careful who you call weak Commander because you clearly don't know who I am.❞ He crossed his arms defensively, ❝Oh yeah? And who are you?❞ I leaned forward lightly, ❝The name's Aislin.❞ ________________ Her name was well-known throughout the kingdoms. Some believed she was just an urban legend, while others thought she was real but some believed she didn't exist at all. She was labeled "the infamous warrior" because she was known for destroying kingdoms with her bare hands. She was a woman, but she set a strong example for tens of thousands of men. She disappeared after a horrific accident. Years had passed, and she had led a life free of violence. After all those years, she was itching to return to the battlefield. Her wish was granted when Queen Aria of Kavan herself approached her and informed her of the events unfolding in her kingdom, requesting her assistance. A sexist Commander, a caring queen, a slacker army, new friendships, and an intriguing yet hothead prince are among the challenges she faces. She's got a lot to handle. --- REVIEWS (more inside) "If you put equal portions of action, adventure, comedy, mystery, romance & feminism in a ninja blender and set it to high power, YOU 👏 GET👏 AISLIN👏. Plus a splash of feminism and diversity makes everything instantly better. Snakeskin McMurtry was a deadly gunfighter who hated killing. The last thing he wanted was trouble, but trouble always seemed to find him. Whether it was family, promises he had to keep, or posses, he always seemed to end up in a gunfight. And that meant more trouble. Then there was the girl. She was the one for him all right. They both knew it. She was a ranch woman with brains, character, beauty and plenty of sand. She saved him more than once. But. She could not stand the idea of loosing another man in a gunfight. She wanted him to give up his ranch, move east, and become a counter jumper! He couldn't do that. Because of what happened to him when he was a kid, he couldn't take a sissy job. Then things got worse. A mad range war threatened and a gang of outlaws with a grudge showed up. In Hindsight... (McHanzo) | Bodyguard AU | ✔️
Jesse McCree knew this mission was going to end in flames as soon as Reyes assigned it to him. What he didn't know is that those flames would be blue, hurt like hell, and lead to a messy relationship of halfhearted insults and naivety. ~ McCree has been assigned to be the bodyguard of Hanzo, the runaway heir of the Shimada clan. The runaway's smart, skilled in weaponry, and practically untraceable. In Reyes' eyes, he'd be a perfect fit for Blackwatch. The only problem is that Jesse is bad at going undercover internationally, and he's positive he can't pull this off. But after receiving some horrific news and passive-agressive threats, he accepts. The challenging part of this operation is getting Hanzo to trust him enough - and that's where things take a turn for the worst. Join McCree as he tries to "protect" Hanzo and win over his trust - along with his heart. ~ (Highest Rankings: #1 in #mchanzo, #6 in #hanzoshimada, #10 in #jessemccree, #2 in #blackwatch, #137 in #overwatch, #41 in #undercover, #26 in #bodyguard, and #37 in #heartache) I decided to try and write a full, fleshed-out McHanzo story with a continuous plot! (#1) Roommates by Day, Enemies by Night
WARNING: CONTAINING AMOUNTS OF SASS PREVIOUSLY UNKNOWN TO MANKIND In the city of NYC--- Ok. Hold up. First of all, New York City. What, are ya gonna assume everyone here knows what NYC is? Anyway, this is about two people. I can almost hear you rolling your eyes. Another cliché teen fiction with a bad boy and a good girl? Nope. This is about superheroes. I can still hear you rolling your eyes. Superheroes. Like in comic books? Like people with super speed and mutant powers? Yes. But this isn't about the fight they have. More about the lives they lead without the masks. But just keep in mind, people who live in the world have all different skin colours. Do not assume my characters are of one unless I state them explicitly. and diversity is welcome here in my novel! Anyhow, back to the story. Ever wonder where supervillains go after their fight with the hero? What about the other side of the story? It's not like they sit in their lair cackling all day and planning how to kidnap reporters. What about the lives they lead? And instead of just focusing on that, what if the superhero and the supervillain knew each other? I mean, can they see behind the mask? No, so their identities are secret. So what if the hero and villain were best friends? What if they were roommates? What if they were falling for each other? And what happens when they find out? Now, I assume you know all of these questions will be answered in this book. But hold on. It's going to take a while. You're in for a bumpy ride. And if any of you got any of the references in this description, give yourself a pat on the back. That is a beautiful thing. And if you can name all the references in this book, you truly are a gift to mankind. Fangirl out.Complete
