I want to help others like me who struggle a lot with their social anxiety when it comes to, well, everything. So here it is. This book will include: tips on how to deal with panic attacks, staying calm, tips for school, how to improve, quotes and songs that cheer me up, as well as tips on how to deal with different situations like going to a new school or making friends.
