Carmen

I am Carmen. I am sixteen years old.  I was alone since I was born. I was promise four things before the day I was born. One I will turn into a blue wolf(witch is rare). Two I will have a mate. Three I will change the future of weres and vampire. Four I will be a powerful.  My parent died after I was born. I have always been an outcast for were packs.I was always told not to find my mate. What will happen when Carmen finds her mate! Why can't she find her mate? How will she change the future?
