Rein (said like rain) is a 14-year-old in foster care, whose life isn't anywhere near sunshine and rainbows. She's the youngest at the orphanage, which only adds to her indecent situation.

She rarely has any time to listen to music, and even then it's not allowed and she has to be careful. Her favorite band is All Time Low, and they've helped her get through too many hard times to even count. Sometime between the bruises and the beatings, she finds something to be happy about. Her local venue is selling tickets to see them. 

This wouldn't be that big of a deal, but her orphanage almost seems like it has a "no fun" rule. How will she handle this? And how will her life change for the better?
