The countries now knew that America was strong. They knew that Alfred had been through a lot.

He had hit his lowest because of them in the past.

They had done that to him and he still wasn't very much comfortable around some of them. He still had some trust issues and after an incident, North America, especially him were trying to ignore their fathers.

But you know what?

He was gonna rise.

Rise up.

Rise up from the pain of the past.

From the insults he had faced off with.

From this low point.

And the countries were gonna watch him.

There was no doubt that he would rise up.

After all, whatever life through at America. 

He would still.

How is America supposed to protect hundreds of people and himself against a storm that could kill people in a number of ways? And now a kid had moved him to become his caretaker. When Alfred became independent from England, France had muttered to him that he didn't know the pain of raising a child then losing it. But know, he assumes that he may just learn.
