Gabriella is in the world of firsts. Most things she does is for the first time because every other time it's the same thing over and over again. It could be from the OCD or Anxiety, it could be something else.

But when she meets a bright eyed Russian boy in the city for the first time she lets down her walls. Her usually sheltered and cautious life is left behind for adventures and dreams.

Artemi goes to Chicago for hockey but he finds so much more. He finds someone who's intelligence is unmatched and beauty is uncomparable. And although she is shy and intimidating he finds every excuse to break her out of her shell and become the girl she never thought she could be.
