2008: Patrick finds himself caught up in a battle between humans and creatures of the shadows. Which side is he on? Who are the mysterious Youngbloods? Who will emerge victorious? And the real question: does Patrick even care?
2011: Pete wakes up in the middle of the night. He's outside, on his own, in an achingly familiar place; and he's hungry as hell. Beaten, shook but determined for revenge, finding who did this to him is the easy part. The hard part is finding someone who can get the old Pete back.
As both of them lose sight of their original selves, can they fix their problems together?

When Pete shows up Sunday, mid-afternoon, for ten days of house sitting and "Keeping a general eye on things, Patrick, we know you're too old for a babysitter, but we worry," he looks exactly the same, except for a stupid haircut that makes him look like someone cut it when he was too drunk to look in a mirror, or something. "Hey, kid," he says, first thing, lugging a huge, shiny brown duffle behind him. It's slippery, nylon or something, and it keeps rubbing against Pete's jeans, making some sort of whispery zipper sound that sets Patrick's teeth on edge. "I'm here for Patricksitting. Patrick's always seen his school through the slits of a locker. He cant escape the constant bullying, no matter what he does. His mom is barely even fit to be a mother, she's never home and even when she is, she's dunk and surrounded in men from the bar. All Patrick wants is his dad to come back, but he knows thats impossible, considering its been five years since he died. This is a fan fiction based on the music video "A Little Less Sixteen Candles A Little More 'Touch Me'" by Fall Out Boy (which means I own very little) When Pete Wentz wakes up as a vampire, he refuses to accept what he has become but soon must begin to fight when a group of vampires know as The Dandies want Pete to join them. Should Pete trust those of his own kind, or the group of vampire hunters that are supposed to be his enemies? This is the before and after story so it will be divided into two sections: the first section is the events before the video so we'll see Pete's awakening as a vampire and how he met Patrick, Andy and Joe. While the second section is all about the events after the music video and what happens next. If you haven't watched the music video to "A Little Less Sixteen Candles A Little More 'Touch Me'" I suggest that you do before reading this, especially when it comes to the after section.
