Juliette and her gang of friends WERE just normal girls, until they found a volcano and have transformed in to monsters. its up to them to go out and save the annual Halloween Festival. They have to get many screams from children to keep the Halloween spirit. If they fail their goal of !00 screams caused by them then kids around the world wont get scared ever again...
And without fear in the world, kids would have a boring, ordinary, normal, life...
