Violet Castle just got off the train to go to Magnolia. As she rushes to a garbage can to throw her guts out, but she's to happy to to care right now. She finally got to the place where she'd finally get to join a guild!! Fairy tail, she heard about it every where she went. From how they almost destroyed a whole town to how they saved all of Fiorè. And how they treated all of their members like family.
Phoebe Mossling just jumped off of a roof. No way she would have taken the train. The evil thing on rails, it makes her have horrible, and I mean horrible motion sickness. And your guess is probably right, she's an ice dragon slayer. She also just came to Magnolia, but not for the same reason. She has to find something, or someone for that matter.
When the both bump into each other it was like faith working its magic. Like they were destined to crash into each. And accidentally get on the nerves of one of the most powerful duo ever. What happens when Violet tests the limits of Phoebe, and Phoebe tests the limits to Violet.

She isn't strongly known among the general population but instead, the higher-ups, guild masters. They are the general people who know who she is. She shows up out of the blue to help Natsu, she wasn't there to torment him but rather, help him. Lucy knew the pain of creating a new life and having it on the brink of destruction due to the past. Right under the guilds nose's one of the greatest dark mages helps one of the greatest light mages fight his past. Some would argue that Lucy was truely, superior to zeref. When the council comes knocking on fairy tail's door's demanding them to hand over Natsu Dragneel. Lucy steps in and takes the brunt of the force.
