When Alice was 27 her mother was arrested for the murder of their father after she suspected his infidelity, having no capable relatives she raises her little brother Blake on her own. Flash to present day London shes still working as a high school substitute science teacher, but is looking for a permanent position. In the meantime her life will take an interesting turn. Being friends with Sherlock Holmes often results in one on one time with his older brother Mycroft.
