Niall Horan and Zayn Malik left to go live their dreams by auditioning for the X-Factor. But when they don't come back until weeks later, and have screaming fans everywhere, their best friends start to feel the distance growing between them. Kayla Peters and Brooklyn Owen were Niall's and Zayn's best friends since a young age. But after the girls meet, things get interesting. These two girls know nothing of each other and where they are coming from, but when they attend the same college and figure things out, they'll discover what exactly they have in common. Best friends now, the girls have a unexpected meeting with One Direction. What will happen? Will the girls drop everything, will the boys be kind and speak to them, or have they changed as the girls thought they would?

There is a twist of fate when Harry has to go on tour, leaving Colleen for herself. She's a tough girl running her own business, but a lot has changed in a year. A year that nearly cost Colleen her life. There has been a name change, so I may have missed some. The name Nicole/Nicki has been changed to Kaitlyn/Kate.
