The kingdom of Solaria has always been at odds with its neighbor, Vladenfell. The magic of Vladenfell have never meshed well with the faith of Solaria, and it has exploded into all-out war several times in their histories. But now, the King of Throne and his oldest daughter Katarina have traveled to the Vladenfellen capital in an attempt to repair the damaged relations. But one slip up could spell another war. One that Throne cannot win.

Defying Fate
Please don't read this, I wrote it in middle school and it's really bad. I just don't want to delete it because some people might get mad at me ;-; Maybe someday I will rewrite it. "What kind of fairytale is this? Where's the happy ending?" The little girl, approximately 7 years old, asked her mother. There once was a prince, who fell in love with a girl. But she wasn't a princess. She was the hand maiden of a nobleman's daughter, who had eyes for the young prince. The prince and girl fell in love, but couldn't be together, for the nobleman's daughter grew jealous when she found out, and ordered them to be killed. This story was called "The Lover's Curse." As it passed down, generation through generation, it became known as only a legend, a myth.
