Now, depression is a serious topic. I'm writing this because I have gone through depression before and so have others. Suicide is something that you should NEVER DO it doesn't solve problems with the people that cared about you, but you didn't let them in. In this book I'll be talking about depression and how to try and stay positive. Remember suicide is NEVER THE ANSWER ♥️

The Words I couldn't Say
This is a place for me to put all the things I wish I said but I just couldn't. These are a way for me to "say" these things without actually saying them to the person I want to. I probably won't ever go back or read any of these because it's like revisiting a bad memory so don't expect much in terms of editing. Everyone says that healing is a personal journey- that you must be self-sufficient and independent... but well- historically that just does not happen.
