Now, depression is a serious topic. I'm writing this because I have gone through depression before and so have others. Suicide is something that you should NEVER DO it doesn't solve problems with the people that cared about you, but you didn't let them in. In this book I'll be talking about depression and how to try and stay positive. Remember suicide is NEVER THE ANSWER ♥️

This isn't a story. It's about people with problems in life aka depression/anxiety/anything else you need help with. We're all hiding inside ourselves and don't know what to do. I hope to help... Pain. Depression, anxiety, insomnia, panic disorder - it wasn't a lonely feeling, but one that wouldn't hesitate to rip your heart open. I know that personally. It's always been difficult to tell people. I can't tell my friends, my family, and certainly not therapists.
