So Young meets a certain young man named Junsu when he and his father rob her house. The robbery takes a turn for the worse when her back gets injured by Junsu and her mother ends up dead. The guy's father gets arrested, but the young man manages to escape. In an attempt to deal with this loss and to protect their lives, So Young and her father move to a different city to start a new life. But to her dismay, So Young finds the one person she was trying to get away from: Junsu. He promises to make her life a living hell. Aside from this, many crazy incidents start happening at this school. People get threatened, disappear, and some even end up getting killed. Can So Young survive at her new school? Who is the one behind these incidents, and why? Their covert meetings create a friendship, a bond, that turns into something more than Cry bargained for. All is peaceful until the pair discover a plot bigger than them both that threatens to rip the city itself in half. In the long run, Cry is forced to choose between everything Felix knows about the outside world, and everything he grew to love inside the city.

Maddie's life has always been rough, but when the unexpected happens will she stay in a forgotten home or run away with 4 strangers?

The world flooded, and only small peaks now rise above the water, with civilization confined to waterborne cities with limited resources. The cities are ruled by tyrannous bosses, enforcing their will with an army of thugs and Stoneweavers, those able to use the remnants of magic from the old times. Resources are maintained by regular Cleansing of the populace, selling the poorest into slavery as miners. With a Cleansing due, what danger are an escaped slave and a thief to this delicate society? As an experiment, I'm publishing the first draft chapters from this heroic fantasy on a daily basis, while still writing it. I'm about halfway through but at the current rate should be able to keep up the pace until it's finished (admittedly, many of the chapters are fairly short). It's also an exercise in discovery writing, as I'm working from a very loose outline on this one, but I have a fairly good idea of the ending by this point. The chapters may get updated to fix typos, or if elements need changing due to future chapters, but otherwise the final version should be made available as an ebook.
