Sitting alone under the night sky so black,
Nobody knows what she's holding back,
Pulling her sleeves past the black and blue,
Once these bruises fade they'll come back anew.

Trust? how can people trust so easily, they are all stupid to trust even the people that they think they love.
I have a little advice for everyone, only trust yourself and your wolf, everyone else will betray you.

I felt the bed dip as he sat down on the other side but I focused solely on my task until I was done. "This is a pillow barrier. Meaning, you don't breach this side of the pillows." I instructed, my voice firm. "What if I don't want anything between us?" Phoenix said in a husky voice, and I risked a glance. Bad choice. His eyes were dark and his gaze was on my lips, to my chest, then back to my lips. "Eyes up here, buddy." I snapped the third time his eyes went down to my chest. All he did was turn off the lights. When it was dark, he whispered," Can't I admire what is mine?" I had no answer, and turned on my side. He sighed. Despite taking two naps today, I was out cold the minute my head hit my pillow. I could only hope that in the morning, the pillow barrier was still there. ***** Adira has a secret, one she would do anything to protect. She's built barriers around her heart, so strong that only the most powerful force could break them down. Adira was an Alpha's daughter, 19 years old, and didn't want a mate. I smiled as I watched my closest friends be happy. That's all I've ever wanted, right? Make those around me happy, but it's hard sometimes. It's hard to watch those around you be happy when you can't manage to be happy yourself. But don't worry. It'll get better, right? That's what they say. Maybe they're right. I should just trust them. Trust. I have too much of that sometimes. I guess it's a bit of a price when you wear your heart on your sleeve. It gets knocked around pretty easily. It gets scratched and torn every now and then. My brother and sister, Aaron and Malissa, have always told me that I've always worn my heart on my sleeve. I may wear my heart on my sleeve, but I can't help but do whatever I can to protect it. Closing people out is usually the best way, but that's hard when you have kind heart. If there's any emotion I can hide, it's love. Well, at least I think so. I try, okay? Doesn't mean I'm good at it. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hello fellow potatoes! Fair warning: This story will have some depressing themes and possibly some triggers.
