In a modern day New York City there are villains that meet the human eye. After a huge car accident Genevieve doesn't appear to be herself anymore. She now can turn herself invisible to the world before her. Don't let this amazing super power fool you. With it comes the side effect of not remembering who her family is or where she's come from. But Genevieve isn't alone. She soon realizes that there are teens just like her, teens that go through the same type of mishaps that result in Being Superpowered.

They drove past a single tall scraggly tree on top of a hill shrouded in mist. The creepy tree was full of screaming crows. How could she hear them from inside the bus when she couldn't even seem to hear the voices of the kids around her? Geez, that was an awfully freaking dark image. She shivered and looked away. What did they call a group of crows again? Right, a murder of crows. Perfect. My hand slaps against my mouth as I try to shut myself up. Don't make too much noise...or he'll hear you. A vehicle's door opens then slams shut.
